(see “Mood” from our Menu of Services for more information about Rescue Remedy).  Ideally the first session would be conducted 1-2 days before your vaccination and the second one 2-3 days after.

Unweighted tuning forks produce an audible sound and are used to seek out any vibrational patterns in the field around your body. The forks are combed through your energy field, responding with sound – kind of like a needle on a record – as they encounter energy patterns from your memories.  Sometimes these energies are from unbeneficial experiences that caused trauma or pain for you.  These are stuck or sometimes scattered energy bundles.

So, as your energy field is combed, these stuck energies are collected from where they’ve been frozen (or scattered).  It’s rather like using a magnet to pull iron filings.

Weighted forks, which produce less sound but emit vibrations, are used to liberate and shift any deeply-entrenched or scattered energy.

Sometimes crystals are used to amplify that shift.

The stuck, scattered energy – or biophotons – are brought back into the midline of the body with the help of the of the forks, where the body reintegrates, repurposes and recycles them them as beneficial energy, literally bringing more electricity and light back into circulation within your body.

As a result, most clients finish a session with their response being, “I feel lighter” and most people look as well as feel lighter.

However, some people may experience a “detox” reaction and find themselves tired, weepy or feeling a slight malaise, and needing some extra self-care.

For post-session self-care, it is highly recommended to drink plenty of water, and take salt baths.  There are a few additional suggestions for optional self-care, and you will receive a list of these at the end of your session.

Please note that HARMONIZE sessions are conducted as a distance-service only, via a Zoom call.  This is because breath work (which you’ll be coached on during the session) is essential for both you and the practitioner, necessitating being maskless.  Because some people find it difficult to comprehend how energy-work from a distance can be effective, we offer an Intro HARMONIZE Session at a greatly reduced price.
